I always try to stay below 10 ingredients whenever I'm baking. When I owned a coffee shop, I liked to make things fast and simple. That's why today on Thanksgiving I'm going to give you my scone recipe:
Prepare 6 vegan scones
Dry Ingredients
- 2x Cups of Flour
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinammon
- 1x Cup Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 Cup Soy Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Mix these together with a spoon to get the liquid pressed into the batter. Then knead with your hands for about five minutes.
Baking Instructions
- Clump up into balls(only newbs cut into fancy squares).
- Put those bad boys on some parchment paper.
- Put them in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Pull them out, and eat them.
