Recipes - Vegan Scones

I always try to stay below 10 ingredients whenever I'm baking. When I owned a coffee shop, I liked to make things fast and simple. That's why today on Thanksgiving I'm going to give you my scone recipe:

Prepare 6 vegan scones

Dry Ingredients
  1. 2x Cups of Flour
  2. 1/2 Cup sugar
  3. 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
  4. 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  5. Pinch of Salt
  6. 1 tsp Ground Cinammon
  7. 1x Cup Chocolate Chips
Wet Ingredients
  1. 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  2. 3/4 Cup Soy Milk
  3. 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Mix these together with a spoon to get the liquid pressed into the batter. Then knead with your hands for about five minutes.

Baking Instructions
  1. Clump up into balls(only newbs cut into fancy squares).
  2. Put those bad boys on some parchment paper.
  3. Put them in the oven on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Pull them out, and eat them.
